Condo Flats – Single-story units inside a 12-unit building. Ranging 1,270 to 1,458 square feet, these one- and two-bedroom units include great outdoor entertainment space.

Attached Townhomes – Three-story townhomes that include approximately 2,200 square feet of occupiable living space and exceptional private rooftop terraces. These two-bedroom condominiums also include flex space suited for an additional bedroom or home office.

Detached Condos – Ranging in size from 1,900 to 3,300 square feet, there are 11 different floorplans available, which offer two-four bedrooms, first floor owner’s suites, private outdoor space, and much more.

When will the homes be available for move-in?
